Meta's Muse Charm puts its AI agent on your keychain
Meta's Muse Charm is a 5G keychain gadget for talking to its Muse agent without glasses. It ships in December, but Muse is still US-only.

Meta's answer to "what if you don't want smart glasses?" is a keychain. Mark Zuckerberg ended Meta Connect 2026 by showing Muse Charm, a small always-on device for talking to Muse, Meta's AI agent. He called it the fastest way to reach Muse without wearing glasses, and said Meta fit the whole real-time voice and avatar stack into it.
The hardware is about the size of an AirPods case. It has a silver body, a roughly 2-inch touchscreen, a mic on top, a fingerprint sensor you tap before you talk, and a 5G connection of its own. It has no camera, on purpose, which sets it apart from most rival AI wearables. Shipping starts in December. Meta hasn't given a price, a battery life, or said whether you need your phone nearby.
The catch is the agent. Muse is live only in the US, for adults 18+, and Meta has given no timeline or country list for anywhere else. Unless that changes before December, the Charm is a US-only gadget.
Why it matters: Meta wants an AI device beyond the phone, and the Charm is only useful where Muse is available.
