Grok, Cursor and X Premium merge into one plan from $8
SpaceXSI's new X Subscription folds Grok, Cursor and X Premium into one shared usage pool, in four paid tiers from $8 to $200 a month.

Cursor no longer sells its own Pro plan. Its pricing page now sells The X Subscription, SpaceXSI's new single plan covering Grok, Cursor and X Premium. It was announced on 12 October, two months after SpaceX bought Cursor.
There are four paid tiers. Plus ($8/mo) gets Grok Chat, Voice, Imagine and Build, the Grok API, an X checkmark, and Cursor limited to Grok models. Premium ($30/mo) adds Grok Bot, the newest Grok models, cloud agents and code hosting, plus Claude and GPT in Cursor billed at API list prices. Super ($100/mo) and Ultra ($200/mo) add peak-time priority and earliest access. Cursor lists their usage at 4x, 15x and 50x Plus. One weekly usage pool is shared across Grok and Cursor, and SpaceXSI says every plan gets at least twice the coding usage on its own models as the Cursor plan it replaces.
The catch is that the cheap Cursor deal now means Grok models only. If you want Claude or GPT for coding, the entry price is $30 plus API costs. Existing SuperGrok, Cursor and X Premium subscribers can keep their plans for now or switch with a prorated refund, but the old plans are closed to new sign-ups and SpaceXSI says everyone will be moved over eventually.
Why it matters: Cursor is no longer a neutral editor. It's now how SpaceXSI gets developers onto Grok.
