Oracle wires Gemini into Fusion, NetSuite and Agent Studio
Google's Gemini models are now embedded across Oracle's enterprise stack, powering agents inside Fusion apps and NetSuite.

Oracle is putting Gemini directly inside its enterprise software — Fusion Cloud Applications, NetSuite, and the AI Agent Studio — so customers can build and run agents on Google's models without leaving Oracle's stack.
The interesting part is the plumbing, not the announcement. Oracle already resells Gemini through OCI Generative AI, and this extends that deal up the stack into the SaaS layer where the actual business data lives — invoices, HR records, supply chain. Agents built in Agent Studio can call Gemini against that data with Oracle's existing permissions model, which is the thing enterprises actually block on. Customers can pay for it with their existing Oracle Universal Credits, sidestepping a separate Google contract.
It also says something about model neutrality. Oracle has bet on being the infrastructure everyone rents — it already hosts OpenAI workloads via Stargate and offers Meta's Llama and Cohere on OCI. Adding Gemini to the app layer makes Oracle a model-agnostic distribution channel rather than a partisan in the frontier race.
Why it matters: the frontier-model fight is increasingly won at the boring layer — whoever's already inside the ERP wins the enterprise agent budget.
